Before encountering Mike Walden’s site I had been researching the web extensively looking for tips and, more importantly, a permanent solution to my acne. I did find some helpful information scattered throughout techniques that didn’t work, or actually made things worse!

At one point I was cutting garlic cloves in half and rubbing them on my face (don’t try this by the way it stings like a B@#$! and turns your face red).

What is an Info Product and Why Would You Ever Pay for Information Online?

This is the question I asked myself when I first got to Mike Walden’s website. By the way, the website is terribly designed, as I’m sure you know if you’ve ever been to it. As much as Mike Walden knows about acne, he apparently doesn’t know a thing about making websites. Web design is actually a hobby of mine, hopefully that’s evident in my sweet site here .

I had never considered paying for information online before, and this acne system was the first ‘info product’ I’ve ever bought. I know realize that I don’t care what format the solution to a problem is in as long as it WORKS!

Acne No More has provided me with a regimen for my face that is better than Proactiv or anything else I’ve ever used. What’s more, the steps you take (morning and night) use mostly products bought at my grocery store. Acne No More payed for itself two months after I stopped Proactiv being shipped to my house.

My Favorite Part Of Acne No More – The External Skin Care Secrets

The skin care regimen presented here is better than anything I’ve ever used! Better than Proactive, Clearasil, Acne Free Severe, and every other treatment I have applied to my face. What’s more virtually everything used is either in you pantry, or a cheap and quick trip to the grocery store away.

What is the skin care regimen?

Morning:

1. Steam – Opens the pores.
2. Cleanse – Using a natural acne fighting soap.
3. Treat Blackheads – This remedy will tighten your pores, eliminate most blackheads and speed up the healing process
4. Exfoliate – Mike Walden’s exfoliating paste gets rid of old skin cells and softens the skin. It also brings your skin back to its natural pH levels.
5. Apply Acne Clearing Solutions – These two ingredients will clear acne spots, kill bacteria, reduce redness, eliminate pus, and rejuvenate the skin.
6. Moisturize – Mike Walden gives you a moisturizer that has simply amazed me. You only use one drop for your entire face! It is a therapeutic oil, 100% natural and safe. Walden goes on to say that it is, “highly effective as an anti-inflammatory agent, antibacterial, deeply skin-penetrating and an excellent moisturizer.”

Evening:

1. Steam
2. Cleanse
3. Apply A Facial Mask – You will be alternating with a different mask every day. These will, “remove dead skin cells, open the pores, tighten, moisturize and exfoliate the skin, making it more radiant and shiny.” Mike gives recipes for 7 different natural face masks, you could alternate between them or just pick a few that work well for you.
4. Apply A Paste On Inflamed Areas And Individual Spots – This is a spot treatment for individual pimples.
5. Moisturize
6. Apply a Vitamin – Just before going to bed you will be applying the liquid found inside a vitamin capsule to your face. This vitamin helps, “ease sunburn inflammation, softens the skin and speeds up the healing process.”

In one of the two videos a pretty gal (Mike Walden’s girlfriend?) guides you through this entire process. It’s good to see someone go through all these steps so you can see how to apply on your own face.

Over The Counter And Prescription Medications Do More Harm Then Good

When I started this system I had pretty bad acne. I was also twenty-four years old! I couldn’t believe that I was still having such terrible breakouts and I was determined to fix it. Mike Walden explains why all the over the counter and prescription medication that I used (and you’re probably using right now) DON’T work. In fact, in many cases it makes things worse:

“These treatments are focused on the symptoms of the disease (blocked follicles, excessive production of sebum, reducing pain caused by cysts etc.) as they provide “patches” rather than addressing the root factors.”

He goes on to describe why each of the most used medications don’t work. Perhaps the most surprising thing that Walden taught me is that the acne bacteria is actually essential to your skin. If you completely destroy these acne bacteria it will damage your skin’s natural flexibility and make you look older.

I had been using benzoyl peroxide, first prescribed from my doctor and then in Proactiv, and it did treat the acne spots I had present, but more would always follow. The result is that my face was constantly dry and red with pimples that were dried out before they could mature. Mike Walden spends six paragraphs thoroughly explaining why benzoyl peroxide doesn’t work and his main point can be summed up in this quote:

By using benzoyl peroxide, you are not eliminating your acne; you are only killing the bacteria. Once you stop using it, acne will return with a vengeance. As you will see later you have acne for a reason. Acne is a message from your body you should not ignore.

What Results You Can Expect With Acne No More

If you follow the Acne No More system you can completely cure your acne, no matter how severe! I really do believe that. What’s more, if you don’t have very severe acne, you will only need to use about 20% of the potential contained in this program.

Mike Walden’s “external skin care secrets” is enough to completely get rid of acne for many people. However, he also provides a complete system for nutrition, fasts, and detoxing that, in addition to providing you with a healthier diet, can completely cure even the most severe acne.

You may have heard of “Acne Free in 3 Days” while looking for a solution to your acne troubles. That system is a complete scam. It’s got about 120 pages a complete B.S. fluff then it tells you the secret, which is to just eat apples for 3 days. Acne No More includes the entire “Acne Free in 3 Days” system in one sentence of one chapter before giving you a much better alternative:

“Unlike apple or cucumber fasts, juice cleansing is a lot more beneficial. It not only expels accumulated toxins from your body and allows it to rest (the digestive system rests during liquid fasts unlike mono-diets), but it also allows more intense cleansing while supporting the body with a variety of nutrients that supply energy and vitality, unlike mono-diets that are limited to the nutrients in the particular fruit or vegetable consumed.”

Video #1 – Skin Care Plan

This video goes over the external skin care secrets part of the Acne No More system. In my opinion, this is the most important part. I’ve used proactive, murad, and a bunch of other acne “regimens” and this BLOWS them away! However, it’s a little confusing trying to get an actual list of everything you need need to do morning and night from the manual. This video is tremendously helpful by showing you step-by-step everything you need to do to cleanse, tone, moisturize, and eliminate pimples.

It is really helpful to see someone actually make all the solutions, masks, and other treatments in the external skin care secrets section of the Acne No More manual. This is the first thing you need to watch when you get Acne No More!

Video #2 – The NSC Plan

In this video, Rachel goes over the NSC plan, which stands for nutrition supplementation and candida-eradication. I really think that the skin care plan is going to be enough for most people to get their acne under control. However, if you want to get REALLY healthy or if you have extremely severe acne then this is for you. In this video you will learn what foods to avoid, what foods to eat, and what supplements to take.

In this post I’m going to quickly address some of the concerns that many of you may be having.

I know when I first landed on the Acne No More system’s web page I thought it looked rather “scammy.” I had also just recently bought ‘Acne Free in 3 Days’ which was a HUGE scam. Luckily I purchased that product through Clickbank and it was really easy to get my money back.

I had never dealt with a digital product before and I was wondering how it could be worth it. It’s just information right? I realize now that I don’t really care what format the solution to my acne is in as long as it HELPS. Sure I could find good advice for free online but it’s difficult to dig through all the false information and you never truly know whether the methods you find will help or not. Many of the methods I found online prior to purchasing Acne No More actually did much more harm then good.

I’ll tell you right now Acne No More is not a scam. You may not have as much success as other people using this system but it won’t be because of a lack of trying on the part of Mike Walden, the author.

He has assembled real information, and a lot of it too. This book is well over 200 pages long and it’s not just all “fluff” and “filler.” I have learned more about acne and my body in general from reading this book then from anything else.

I will say that the diet changes he calls for are very strict and I haven’t exactly incorporated all of them into my daily diet. I’ve mainly just taken it as a calling to eat healthier and especially stay away from junk food.

The biggest problem I’ve had with this system is that it was really difficult to get started applying the steps into my own life. It’s a really big manual and it’s a challenge skipping back and forth wondering what your supposed to do next.
