The Acne No More eBook

Coming in at a hefty 220 pages, the eBook is no light read. A lot of the book concentrates on going into great detail on exactly what acne is and how it forms. This information is great if your trying to become a dermatologist but doesn’t result in any ACTIONABLE steps that you can take to get rid of your pimples.

However, it will be easy for you to just skip over all of this background information and get right to the meat of the program. (Which I will be going into great detail about in following posts.)

Videos

1. Video 1 – The NSC Plan – A video going over the step by step instructions presented in the Acne No More eBook. This video was obviously designed to ‘cement’ the basic steps and principles gone over in the book into your daily life.
2. Video 2 – External Acne Skin Care Secrets – A video where Mike Walden goes over all the different skin care “secrets” that he writes about in his book. Again, this is nothing new that isn’t mentioned in the book but it is nice to have it presented in a more visual form.

4. The Healing Power Of Water – How to heal with water, this book will apparently “change the way you think about H20.”
